What do I need to rent a power bank?+

Any contactless card or mobile wallet is accepted. You can also use the LOOP app to scan a QR code and manage receipts.

How do I return a power bank?+

Return it to any LOOP station. Slide the power bank into an open dock until you hear the click. Your rental stops immediately.

What if the station is full?+

The app shows nearby stations with open return slots. If you are stuck, contact support and we will release a return slot.

What happens if I am late returning?+

The daily cap applies for up to 48 hours. If a power bank is not returned within 48 hours, it is treated as overdue and a replacement fee may apply.

What if my power bank is faulty?+

Return it to the nearest station and report the issue in the app or by email. You will not be charged for the faulty unit.

Can I get a VAT receipt?+

Yes. Receipts and VAT invoices are sent by email and available in the LOOP app.

Do LOOP power banks work with USB-C and Lightning?+

Yes. Each power bank includes built-in USB-C and Lightning cables, plus a USB-A port.
