Terms of service

Last updated: 12 January 2026

Using LOOP

By renting a LOOP power bank, you agree to use it safely, return it to a LOOP station, and follow the instructions shown on screen. You must be at least 18 years old and able to pay with a valid contactless card or mobile wallet.

Payments and charges

Charges begin when a power bank is released. Billing stops once the power bank is returned and the dock confirms the return. Rates and caps are shown before each rental.

Returns and late fees

Return the power bank within 48 hours. If it is not returned, the rental is marked as overdue and a replacement fee may apply. We will contact you before any charge is made.

Lost or damaged items

If a power bank is lost or damaged due to misuse, you may be responsible for the replacement cost. Please contact support as soon as possible if something goes wrong.

Service availability

Station availability can vary by location and time. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or safety reasons.

Liability

LOOP is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of a power bank. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental, where permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. We will notify you of material updates through the app or by email.
