Pricing
Clear pricing. No surprises.
A £25 refundable deposit is held when you rent. You only pay for the time you use. The rest is returned automatically when you dock the power bank.
Refundable deposit
When you tap or scan to rent, £25 is held from your card. When you return the power bank to any LOOP station, the dock confirms the return, the rental fee is kept, and the rest is released back to your card automatically. You never pay more than you used.
Rental rate
Charges stop the moment you dock the power bank. You are never billed for time after you return it.
What is included
- USB-C and Lightning connectors in every power bank.
- Return to any LOOP station within 48 hours.
- Support daily from 06:00–23:00 if a station is full or a dock is offline.
- A receipt is sent by email after every rental.
If not returned
If the power bank is not returned within 48 hours, the £25 deposit is retained as a replacement charge. No additional fee is applied beyond the deposit.
If you need help returning, contact support before the 48-hour window closes and we will assist.
