Pricing

Clear pricing. No surprises.

No deposit. You pay only for the time you use, and charges stop the moment you dock the power bank.

Starting a rental

First 2 minutes free

When you scan to rent, we authorise 50p as a card check and reverse it straight away — it is never taken. Your first 2 minutes are free, so if a power bank is faulty you can dock it again at no cost. After that, charging begins at £2 for the first hour.

What is included

  • USB-C and Lightning connectors in every power bank.
  • Return to any Loop station — up to 72 hours.
  • Support daily from 06:00–23:00 if a station is full or a dock is offline.
  • A receipt is sent by email after every rental.

After 72 hours

The maximum rental period is 72 hours. If the power bank is not returned by then, a one-off £20 charge applies and the power bank is yours to keep — it is treated as a purchase, so there is nothing further to return and no refund is issued.

If you need help returning before the 72-hour window closes, contact support@looppower.co.uk and we will assist.
