LOOP is designed to feel like public infrastructure: quick to access, simple to use when your battery is low, and easy to return without extra steps.
Step 1
Find a station
Use the app map, search for a venue, or tap current location to see the closest station and live availability.
Step 2
Tap or scan to pay
Unlock in the app or scan the QR code. If your phone is flat, use the card reader to tap and collect a power bank.
Step 3
Return anywhere
Return it to any LOOP station with an empty slot. You can rent at a bar and return it to a different venue the next day.
What to expect
- The app shows live availability and open return slots.
- If you need a quick boost, venue staff can issue a 30-minute access code.
- All power banks include USB-C and Lightning connectors.
- Billing stops as soon as the power bank is docked.
- Daily pricing cap keeps costs predictable.
- Support is available daily from 06:00-23:00.
