First, become the highest bidder in your industry. Then your bid needs to finish among the eight highest industry bids in the city.
If you make the final eight, you’ll be the only advertiser from your industry on Loop screens across that city for the month.
Even if you’re leading your industry, another industry’s higher bid can still push you outside the final eight.
We limit each city to eight advertisers so your advert stays prominent and doesn’t get lost in a crowded rotation. This makes every spot more valuable and helps your message stand out.

You don’t need an agency or a finished design.
Just send us your logo, an image, and the message you want to share. We’ll create your Loop screen advert, usually within two working days. You’ll get to review your draft and ask for any changes. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy before your advert goes live.
If you already have your own artwork, that works too.
Any lawful business, trade or profession can bid: builders, taxi firms, solicitors, garages, accountants, letting agents, clinics, anyone. We add categories when a trade asks for one.
We don’t run adverts for pubs, bars, cafés, restaurants, clubs or hotels. Our screens live inside those businesses and we won’t put a competitor on their wall.
We also don’t run adverts for adult content, gambling, alcohol, tobacco or vaping, weapons, or political campaigns, or anything misleading or discriminatory. We follow the CAP Code and we may ask you to change artwork to meet it. The full rules are in our advertiser terms.

Any new venues added to your chosen city during your advertising month are included. We update the venue list above as new locations join, usually adding venues throughout the month.
Bidding opens at the start of the month before your advertising month. The live marketplace shows the current closing date and time. When bidding closes, the highest bidder in each category becomes that industry's leading bid, and the eight highest category-leading bids across the city secure the available advertising places.
Categories are based on your main products or services. If your business fits more than one category or you’re unsure, check the category definitions or contact us. We’ll help you choose the right one.
If your bid secures one of the eight advertising places, we’ll email you a Zoho Books invoice with a secure payment link. Payment is due by 5pm on the next working day after the invoice is sent. The payment page is hosted by Zoho Books and card payments are processed by Stripe. Your place is confirmed once payment clears. If payment doesn’t clear by the deadline, it may be offered to another eligible bidder.
